Technological process

The plate feeder is used to process block materials ranging from 100mm to 200mm, and is widely used in industries such as non-ferrous metals, mining, cement, fertilizer, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and papermaking for selection, transportation, and batching. It is suitable for continuously and uniformly conveying materials along horizontal or inclined sections to working machinery or other containers such as silos and funnels. Bulk materials with a bulk density not exceeding 1.2t/m3, a block weight not exceeding 140kg, and a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃. WBL medium-sized plate feeder (referred to as plate feeder) is a loose material conveying equipment that converts intermittent feeding into continuous feeding. Our company has developed a new WBL type plate feeding machine based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, which has the advantages of high traction, less material leakage, stable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. The heavy-duty plate feeder is used under the silo to unload large ore blocks and feed them evenly to the crusher. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, and mining.
